Karen Fraley, with M. Stagers Realty Partners, helped us sell a vacant lot that we owned. We could not have been more pleased with the service that she provided! Karen carefully guided us through the process of determining an appropriate asking price, wrote a terrific description of our property, and arranged for some great aerial drone shots to be taken and posted with the listing description. She posted our property listing on the MLS and all of the major real estate websites. Within two days of posting, we received a full-price cash offer! She then helped us with all of the closing details, and even made arrangements for us to close the sale remotely via teleconference while we were on vacation. Karen was extremely knowledgable, and was always available to answer any questions and concerns that arose, returning our phone calls and texts promptly. We received updates on the progress of our sale almost daily. She was always a joy to speak to and work with, and we highly recommend her without reservations.

Karen Fraley listed and sold my home. Her guidance on little changes to make to help my home become more marketable was spot on. The house listed and was shown the first day. Over that weekend had more showings then I ever expected. The whole process took a little over a month. She made it so easy for a usually stressful situation. Thank you so much

Blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Karen Fraley and I do plan on working with her again in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in Purchasing or RENTING a home. If you are looking for a realtor that is going to truly work for you regardless of the situations that may arise, will listen, pay attention to all of the details and has your best interest in mind, Karen Fraley is the one!My journey started as a first time home buyer and then “Life Happened” on my end and I was not able to move forward with this process. Karen was very understanding and proceeded to ask me if there was any other way that she could assist me moving forward. I told her that I still wanted to move out of the apartment that 4 of us were sharing. It was a two bedroom with rent as high as a mortgage. Karen said, No Worries and she went to work for us. Karen worked diligently to find us a house for us to RENT with the same payment as the apartment. She set up several showings, shared a lot of information on the neighborhoods and then when I was undecided, she sat with me and said, let’s list the pros & cons of the two houses that you are torn between. She took her time with me and there was a feeling of being rushed or pushed to the side for the sale of a house. She remembered the things that I had mentioned liking/disliking as we walked through the houses and also gave me some things to think about prior to making my decision and that was very helpful. She also stayed on top of the property management office to see to it that things went smoothly through the entire process and for that I am truly grateful.
